Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25(c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

David Vance and Colin Owens of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of TARANAKI MASTER PLUMBERS’ GASFITTERS’ AND DRAINLAYERS’ ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) on 27 November 2017 at 6.00pm.

This is a solvent liquidation and the decision to wind up the affairs of the society was passed at a meeting held on 28 September 2017 and 27 November 2017 with the liquidators being notified about their appointment on 29 March 2018.

18 May 2018 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
