Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The shareholders of GLADES INVESTMENTS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen of Christchurch, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 29 March 2018 at 1.00pm.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator, and to establish any priority their claims may have, on or before 4 May 2018.

Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.

The company is being liquidated to restructure the business affairs of the shareholders. A certificate of solvency has been signed by the directors of the company.
