Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholder of the company on 11 January 2018 at 6.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 28 February 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
