Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above companies by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 3 April 2018.

We fix 15 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
