Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of INVESTACORP HOLDINGS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 174(2)(g) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 March 2018 at 12.07pm.

I fix 1 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
