Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Palmerston North pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 27 March 2018 at the times stated below:

• HUBAND EARTHMOVERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.27am.
• HALIKAR LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.30am.

We fix 11 May 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
