Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company on Monday 26 March 2018 at 10.00am appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 4 May 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
