Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Sections 3, 255(2)(a) (“Act”)

On 26 March 2018, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that CONDOR HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Patrick Joseph Silveira, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 26 March 2018 at 9.00am.
