Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

On 19 March 2018 at 9.01am, the shareholder of SOVEREIGN WINDOWS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.
