Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Grant Stephen Jarrold, chartered accountant, and Shari Leah Margaret Carter, chartered accountant, were appointed joint liquidators of RANGE INDUSTRIES LIMITED at Christchurch on 22 March 2018 by shareholders’ special resolution.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently. The liquidators have fixed 22 April 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
