Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Undertake Liquidation

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2018 the shareholder of CLADDING SYSTEMS LIMITED (5867567) resolved, by special resolution, to appoint Kevin John Whitley as liquidator of the company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), to undertake a liquidation of the company.

Pursuant to sections 241(5) and 241(1)(a) of the Act, the liquidation commenced on 20 March 2018 at 3.30pm.

Unless requested by a creditor, it is not intended to hold a creditors meeting as distributions are likely to be insignificant.
