Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors of OBSTINATE BROTHERS LIMITED, at 10.30am on 16 March 2018, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator. This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of MIRCHI INDIAN CUISINE LIMITED and XCLUSIVE COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED, on 19 March 2018 at 10.30am and 11.30am respectively, appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

The undersigned does hereby fix 27 April 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
