Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 5 March 2018 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PUKAKI VILLAGE LIMITED be liquidated voluntarily and that Aaron Bruce Allred of Methven, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The voluntary liquidation commenced on 15 March 2018.
