Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLITCH FREE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 14 March 2018 at 10.31am.

We fix 30 April 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
