On 10 January 2018 the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Cheyne Edward Waldron, chartered accountant of Otorohanga, as liquidator.
The company wishes to distribute its assets to the shareholders. The liquidation is a natural conclusion to that process.
The company is solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors’ meeting will be held.
