Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that at 11.40am on 13 March 2018, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff, CPA of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of D AND G FOOD GROUP LIMITED.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 15 April 2018, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
