Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is given that I, Maarten Dirkzwager, solicitor of Timaru, was appointed liquidator of the company under section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993 by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 March 2018 at 10.00am.

The liquidator consents to the appointment.

The liquidation commenced on 8 March 2018.
