Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 22 December 2017 at 5.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KIWILAND HOMECARE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
