Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of WESTLAND CONTRACTORS LIMITED, WESTLAND HIRE LIMITED and KANIERE MINING LIMITED on 27 February 2018 under the terms of a security agreement dated 15 December 2015, giving the secured party a security interest in respect of all of the debtor’s present and after acquired property.
