Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of UBNZ ASSETS HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 2 March 2018 at 9.33am.

We fix 10 April 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
