Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald along with Kim Scott Thompson were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the above companies on 23 February 2018 at 8.30am.

We fix 23 April 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
