Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BEAUTIFUL NEW-CREATIONZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 2 March 2018 at 10.20am.

We fix 9 April 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
