Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Anthony Charles Harris and David John Lathan were appointed joint and several liquidators of PENNY HOMES (CHRISTCHURCH) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 February 2018 at 4.45pm.

We fix 6 April 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
