Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ARNEY ORMANDY ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 26 February 2018 at 11.07am.

We fix 5 April 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
