Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of WARE ELECTRICAL LIMITED (administrator appointed), pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 March 2018.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the offices of BWA Insolvency Limited at 131 Taupaki Road, Taupaki, Auckland on Tuesday 10 April 2018 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members;
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position;
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
