Notice of Partnership Retirement

Pursuant to Section 39(2) of the Partnership Act 1908

Timothy John MacAvoy hereby gives notice that he ceased to be a partner of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, Auckland and Wellington, with effect from 31 March 2017.

On 1 April 2017 he became a consultant with that firm.
