PACIFIC LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Isle of Man.
