I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, in relation to the following company on the application of the following person by deleting or correcting documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

HOLT TRUSTEE LIMITED (5872347) – the annual return and the associated particulars of shareholding (both 30 May 2017) omitted K. P. Mulholland (applicant) as co-holder of the 100 shares in the company. The particulars will be removed and the annual return corrected.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 30 November 2017 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
