Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation

HEDA TRADING LIMITED gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that it intends to apply after 13 July 2017, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the state of South Dakota, United States of America.
