Pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Building Societies Act 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Building Societies has, pursuant to section 124 of the Building Societies Act 1965 and having obtained the consent of the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, cancelled the registration of ALLANZIA ABS (2600883) on the grounds that it has wilfully, and after notice from the Registrar, contravened provisions of the Building Societies Act 1965.
