Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Staples Rodway Chartered Accountants, Level 9, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Wednesday 23 August 2017, commencing at 10.00am.

Agenda

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs.
3. To confirm the appointment of Tony Maginness and Jared Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), as liquidators, or to appoint Robert Bruce Walker and Ryan Eathorne in their place.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than two working days before the meeting.
