Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of LONGLEY PANELBEATERS LIMITED (administrator appointed) will be held at the offices of Chapman Tripp located on Level 35, 23 Albert Street, Auckland (ANZ Centre), on 6 July 2017 commencing at 3.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator.
2. To determine whether:
1. to adjourn the meeting to a later date;
2. to execute a deed of company arrangement;
3. to bring the administration to an end; or
4. the company should be placed into liquidation.
