An application, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 9 March 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Drainage right over part Lot 4 DP 103840 marked “C” on DP 103840 and electricity and water rights over part Lot 4 DP 103840 marked “B” on DP 103840 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 161087 specified in Easement Certificate B446905.7 registered on 12 August 1985 at 2.33pm and appurtenant to Lots 1 to 3 DP 319204 and Lots 1 to 3 DP 406442 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 75465 to 75467 and 422713 to 422715.

Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 154985.
