Easement: A right of way over part marked “C” on DP 71843 comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN39B/676 as appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 491013 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 710963, created by Easement Certificate B195835.4 – 27 September 1991 at 9.38am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision shown on DP 491013.
