An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 16 October 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of Way over part Lot 3 DP 3598 marked “C” and “E” on DP 3598 comprised in Computer Register WS8C/439 and over part Lot 2 DP 456499 marked “C” on DP 456499 comprised in Computer Register 590181 in favour of Lot 1 DP 489358 comprised in Computer Register 703973 and specified in Easement Certificate 109287.10 registered on 20 February 1998.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of the subdivision shown on DP 489358.
