An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 4 September 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicant: Long Bay Communities Limited, c/o Chapman Tripp, PO Box 2206, Auckland 1140.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 900 DP 500452 coloured blue on DP 55639 contained in Computer Freehold Register 744663 (servient tenement) as appurtenant to Lots 1–4 DP 62121 contained in Computer Freehold Registers NA18C/1011 to NA18C/1014 and Lots 1–2 DP 70716 contained in Computer Freehold Registers NA38A/427 and NA42B/904 (dominant tenements) created by Transfer A340757 registered on 11 February 1969.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement due to subdivision shown on DP 62121 and DP 63293.
