Land Transfer Act Notice
An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 31 July 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 381097 marked “C” on DP 381097 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 325074 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lots 2 and 3 DP 505458 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 762893 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 331116 registered on 18 August 1950.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement due to subdivision shown on DP 505458.
