Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by BHL Investments Limited to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under Lease 6193248.7 of the land in Computer Register 158822 of which the lessor is BHL Investments Limited and the lessee is EdPAC VicCentral Limited.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register Application 10811558.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on 31 July 2017.
