Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way easement.
The applicant claims the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way on 27 February 2017 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Kirrie Developments Limited, c/o Harkness Henry, Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton 3240.
Easement: A right of way over parts marked “B” and “C” on DP 453343 appurtenant to Lot 21 DP 501628 created by Transfer H553626 – 25 October 1984 at 2.30pm.
Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 501628.
