An application has been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Mid-City Enterprises Limited to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under Lease 7727040.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN982/8 being part Lot 4 DP 21934 excluding Area 1 on DP 466346, of which the lessor is Mid-City Enterprises Limited and the lessee is Kiwisuites Limited.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 10577127.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on 25 June 2017.
