Easement: Water supply right over Lot 4 DP 465984 marked “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “G”, “I”, “J”, “L”, “O”, “Q”, “R” and “W” on DP 465984 (CT 621663) created by Easement Certificate B165476.10 registered on 14 April 1983 as appurtenant to part Lot 2 DP 340945 formerly Lot 2 DP 95983 (CT 168249).

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 100141.
