Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

1. Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the stopped road in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 52(1), the stopped road in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
