- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
- the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 697247;
- the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 128476;
- the area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 697245;
- the area described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 542859;
- the area described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 542860; and
- the area described in the Seventh Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 681799
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
