A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule and the easement interests described in the Second Schedule to be taken for water augmentation and irrigation purposes and vested in the Tasman District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
