Authorisation of Exchange of Portion of Reserve for Other Land—Dunedin

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council hereby authorises the exchange of the portion of recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule.
