Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall remain vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
