Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council, following a resolution dated 23 April 2015, hereby gives notice that the land described in the Schedules to this notice are classified as reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act:
- The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is classified as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977;
- the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is classified as historic reserve;
- the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is classified as local purpose (community) reserve; and
- the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is classified as recreation reserve.
