- the classification of the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977;
- the classification of the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977; and
- the classification of the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from local purpose (esplanade) reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
