Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council, following a resolution dated 23 April 2015, hereby gives notice that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is classified as Scenic Reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
