To the Registrar-General of Land, South Auckland Land Registration District, and under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council amends and corrects errors in the notice classifying recreation reserves dated 28 October 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 2015, Issue No. 128, Notice No. 2015-ln6843 by omitting from the notice

“That pursuant to Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977”

and inserting in its place

“That pursuant to Section 16(2B) of the Reserves Act 1977”.

And by omitting from the notice from Schedule One

and inserting in its place
